Dr.jain video on wheels ltd is based on health sector as national ambulance service operations and management system .this job is very challenging and exciting and another benefit is this project is going on in my home District as a Patna .

Of course this job is very exciting and challenging but company management is very creued and not flexible . maximum time I have to work 12-14hors straight in day even hole night I have provide the services as a emergency service.some time we have received the call at night like after 12 o'clock and 1 o'clock.heartly I m saying that I was devoted to my company and my nature of work but management level is very dull so this is very pain full.

Company told to employee has got ESI & PF but they didn't give the detail to maintain employee their balance in EPFO a/c. also company have many process to employee but employee not found the benefits and worker's also need to support to HR department but not do their work time to time.
