Salary comes on time usually. Departments like HR, Admin, Accounts & payroll are quite cooperative and well managed.

Dislikes

It depends a lot on the team you work with. A lot of politics in secretarial team.. the kind that doesn't let you even work. A lot of threats related to job security were made to create unnecessary pressure. No work life balance.

Likes

The company staff was friendly.. no politics no grouping. But now the management is changing so can't assure you of people there.

Dislikes

Job security is major issue. They can fire you for no reason at any time asking you to leave yourself or otherwise they will give resignation letter on your face. There will be no reason or justification behind the same. The same has happend with 6 people in one month gap in my presence. And has happend with earlier employees and boses before my joining too. They will please you in beginning with all those buttering words. They infact have fired people age of 40 - 50 years, single earner of their family with no notice period allowed. They are inhuman, once you get married or expect baby, they will find execuse to fire you. Make your choice very smartly considering your future.

There are two person in the WB .Our Country head and 2nd Account Manager. Our CH is very good manage in the office and good atmosphere is very excellent and work life balance is faithful, for job security is good , if again i will give the opportunity for the job i will do.
