... benefits,there is no proper employee engagement or learning training conducted.salary slab is very low for everyone,but work is overloaded. Even if an employee wish to relieve from the company in a proper wst, mostly company treate you like bad for leaving the job,they won't accept the resignation letter easily if marriage is reason employee should submit invitation,if employee got another offer they should show offer etc...

Too much of politics Work pressure is high Management doesn't give sufficient salary for pharmacist(only). Even security and housekeeping also buy a better salary Very worst organization I ever see

The hospital's only good department is cardiology. Dr. Thirumalai is a very good interventional cardiologist. Cardiac catheterization lab is active only because of him. Sir is kind hearted.

Dislikes

...sn't have much practical experience to do the surgeries. Mortality rate is high. Yet they are keeping the surgeon only because he stays in the hospital for low salary.

Likes

Worst company especially for finance professionals. Management is very unprofessional. Worst HR policies. No employee benefits . Relieving certificate is not issued purposely even after giving notice of resignation. Management does all sorts of illegal activities.

In paediatric department they give huge knowledge about cases day to day and how to handle everything doctor and co-worker nurse also so friendly in nature they help to improve our knowledge personally

Sometimes they force to handle adult patients too
