Hospital is over all very nice .. and duty hours is only excellent but their is no payment increment and nor any post .. as I have join staff till the end I only work as staff nurse

...ndemic they are not giving much incentive benefits like other private hospitals. And employees are not getting increment in salary since 2 years.

Its an charitable hospital, so salary is less as per other private hospitals...Great psychiatric H.O.D Doctor and team under him...Nursing atmosphere is full of politics and no great room for learning skills and acquiring knowledge....Overall ok ok experience....But dull and unsatisfactory hospital to work in...

Salary issues....compartively less and not on time... arrogant nursing supervisors....Bad management....Shortage of equipments and machines....Low quality of patient care...Good for novice staffs...
