Hospital is advanced with latest equipments and software which enables one to work stressfree and hassal free . I worked without any pressure, independently , taking own decisions about processes, workflow and for new innovation. It has a very good team which respects each others' views. I get to attend various seminars, conferences locally and abroad. It has given me opportunities to grow further in new areas. Overall a very good experience working here.

Dislikes

Compensation is not up to the expectations. Work has increased but staff is same strength. Appreciation is not well conveyed. Old staff is difficult to train for new challenges and latest technologies.

Yes Nanavati is the best place in the world for healthcare sector where you can get all the facilities under one roof . Expert doctor team and true and correct investigation report from Lab and kind nature nurses staff with good security staff and facility team always ready to help .HR team was very helpful good management here always taking care of all employees and sallary is always on time and sallary increment is also as per rule
