Dr.Batras support us as an employee very well in the pendamic situation. Most of the companies are not paid salary into the employees and they loose their job also. But I am glad to say being as an employee of Dr. Batras.

Working time period is too much long, and floating every clinic

If in any situation u need to quit the job they will blackmail you for agreement and compensation of money and even they give legal notice against you and will file case lots of mental tourture u will suffer. Really don't know why this company have so much insecurity with their employees . If anybody ask me to join I would never ever recomend .

Apart from company I am so happy that luckily I got some colleagues who were so nice and had a great time working with them

Dislikes

Timing. They just kill people by forcefully working extra hours. Earlier they used to pay overtime but after covid it has been cutoff and no perks for the extra time you work. To achieve the target they forcefully make you work till late night in month ends. Which is so annoying.
