...clinics which are in bigger cities and franchise clinic which is in small towns. Salary good in main clinics to giving doctors but also not good to giving doctors as compare with their work in franchise clinics.

...day timing 10 am -8 pm and sometimes late in closing approximately 8:30-8:45 pm. Salary in franchise clinics. Not good

...od. Training was hard. No job security. We can learn everything if we try first. Salary is in medium range. Lot of travelling. So much politics. U should be tough so that u can learn. Bad environment. Family will hamper after so much hard work including Dr himself.

Competitive salary and benefits, including a comprehensive health package. The company also supports continuous learning with workshops and reimbursements for courses.

High expectations during peak project times can make the workload intense. Better distribution of tasks would be appreciated.

If in any situation u need to quit the job they will blackmail you for agreement and compensation of money and even they give legal notice against you and will file case lots of mental tourture u will suffer. Really don't know why this company have so much insecurity with their employees . If anybody ask me to join I would never ever recomend .

Apart from company I am so happy that luckily I got some colleagues who were so nice and had a great time working with them

Dislikes

Timing. They just kill people by forcefully working extra hours. Earlier they used to pay overtime but after covid it has been cutoff and no perks for the extra time you work. To achieve the target they forcefully make you work till late night in month ends. Which is so annoying.
