Timings n holidays ..Doesn't get any of national holidays even ..And dont treat doctor as a employee so we don't get any benefits of being an employee.

Likes

...clinics which are in bigger cities and franchise clinic which is in small towns. Salary good in main clinics to giving doctors but also not good to giving doctors as compare with their work in franchise clinics.

...od. Training was hard. No job security. We can learn everything if we try first. Salary is in medium range. Lot of travelling. So much politics. U should be tough so that u can learn. Bad environment. Family will hamper after so much hard work including Dr himself.

Work-life balance is not possible as it is compulsory to work from 10 am to 9 pm on Saturday and Sunday Normally working hours are from Monday to Friday 11 am to 8 pm but in the last 2 days of the month end you have to work from 10 am to 9 pm and no overtime payment is given. Also if there is any public holiday you have to do compulsory working because permission is not given from seniors, Annual salary increment percentage is 8% which is very low If you are not eligible as per the salary increment criteria policy then you will not get salary increment And wait for next year for salary increment, Incentive policies are good but incentive criteria are heavy so after achieving the target incentive is stopped due to incomplete criteria, Workload is average but headaches are high Requires daily reporting to Lead Patient Care Manager Clinic Doctor City Head Doctor Managing Daily Planning Monthly Planning, Professional Growth only 30% out of 100. Only your communication skills improve After working in the position of patient care manager in the clinic but after few years like 6-7 years you will still be working in the same position Luckly promot for Lead Patient Care Manager.
