New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Nothing, founder is like very corrupt and not delivered the work properly. Any where work not finished properly and some places got the repeated work but due to corruption (offering money to front people for that)

Dislikes

Founder is like misbehaving with client and employee. Not finished the work properly & nor handovers timely. 100% corrupt and even he is misguiding their own employee.
