Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Initially it was good, everyone was good.

Dislikes

The company culture is extremely bad. We hardly have any official holidays given to us. Constant pressure without any gratification. Absolutely hated the experience of working here.
