I'm so grateful that I got a chance to work with this company. This job taught me a lot of work.

I enjoy the work environment and company culture in my present role. However,my particular role has become repetitive now that I've mastered the basics. Management seems to be slow in assigning new work or handling out additional responsibilities, so I don't always feel like I am receiving enough challenge from the role.

Culture is The Best, as per 3rd Party Standard, nothing can match it, once you joined theres no way you will quit easily.

Dislikes

Salaries for freshers is way low, don't fall for trap that you have no experience.

The teammates i am working with are really awesome which can be equally credited for making this journey better so far. Especially the bonding within our team is good & that is all what matters the most.

Dislikes

The production space here is very limited and It is this is the main reason of collision between the departments. Also the upper management here is from Hyderabad and the shop floor mnagement teams are mostly native Himachli so we have a kinda dictatorship.

Company members and staff is like family members.

Dislikes

Company have no respect for their old employees who stand the company who start company from zero sale to on 2nd top most selling position. They gave more to new ones.
