Only Birthday celebration and Blue sky fridays when all employees can leave office 1 hour before on last friday of month...

Dislikes

If there was an award named WORST PLACE TO WORK then DP Architects will get the Golden medal in India. Their HR policies are not that great... Team leader Sudhanshu is worst person in company you'll get as a team leader who has a less knowledge in architecture and great knowledge in Micro managing his team. And saying bad things about their directors behind their back. Director Smruti who is not employee friendly. And this office does not provide JOB SECURITY AT ALL...

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
