Dislikes

Toxic work life, no respect - varies from team to team (It's not the case in all teams). Some employees are given too much power and they are taking advantage of it. It would be great if management looks into how the employees are treated within teams and save them from getting exploited (especially freshers to whom office politics in all new). Such things can ruin the reputation of the company and degrade the mental health of the employees and they have no other option than to quit even if they like their work.

...ll hire you as an intern and after 1yr they will throw you out from the company.Salary never gets credited on time.And they used to deduct the salary without giving any cause.Worst Ed-tech company to work with.No growth opportunities are there.Hr team don't respond to any of your questions.Senior managers don't respond or recv call in case of any urgency.Some of the manager can't even speak English properly.Pathetic experience
