...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transperent. They give good incentive every month.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Work pressure is high, No time for personal life.

Dislikes

Toxic work life, no respect - varies from team to team (It's not the case in all teams). Some employees are given too much power and they are taking advantage of it. It would be great if management looks into how the employees are treated within teams and save them from getting exploited (especially freshers to whom office politics in all new). Such things can ruin the reputation of the company and degrade the mental health of the employees and they have no other option than to quit even if they like their work.
