Job security is totally 0 zero as there we can not get leaves for our examination also due to low staffing. Low staffing also cretes imbalance in worklife as you have to go for long shifts also.

During a world panadamic like corona virus crisis you will not get salary. The company is hungry to cut your salary.

Well when new managers come the change shift timings and dont pay much. Some seniors dont let you grow and keep shifting you to other departments of services.

had to work under pressure around 14 - 15 hours in a daily basis since the hotel was new and in the process of grand opening. I preformed the job title for the probation time and received a letter where i met the company expectation but there was no chance to any promotion. have been rejected for a holiday vacation during the low season. i been terminated after 6 months due my direct supervisor after many complains about the job role.
