Teammates are good job security is not responsible for management , it's a good opportunity to career growth , salary/appraisal not conform , travel opportunity is allow for only reporters and outdoor shoot team, politics is an high level , there are more things to learn about to use new equipments new members to join with us about work environment is an save to each and everyone to save their own jobs , even if there is nothing to do for it. At my time there in office no one any news to get growth of our company , is not sufficient to life balance of this type of organisation.
