The Staff is very good.

The Management is very very bad, they don't want to understand the employees problem. the boss is very bad, he don't have sense of human, he can fire you anytime by telling you that your performance is not good, even if you deliver all the projects on time. One more thing there is no job security, no incentives, they ask you come on Sunday also if the project is urgent and they don't pay extra for that. No Overtime. Very Lake of holidays, no travel allowance, No activities, worse thing is when the Mumbai was closed cause of heavy rain and the government declares the holiday the company boss ask you to come any how in office or if you are not able come office because of rain they will open the office on Sunday to get you complete your working days. over all i suggest you to please don't come in this company if you don't have huge financial issues or urgent job need.

Nothing. The owner is a joker who thinks he has won an award for being the best in the business... however he is nothing but a bully to his workers and sometimes also to his customers too.
