Let me make a list: 1. The office is horrible. No AC in a humid city like Kolkata. The office space is small 2. The founder doesnt know what he wants, he is a manchild with a lot of money! No vision, only wants to do what competitor brands do. HIGH Levels of baseless Favourism. No professionalism, bangs the table and screams in meetings just because he doesnt like copies. Comes back to what he had already approved within 2days No approval on timely basis. Extensively rude. 3. There isn’t any management, HR ethics is absent. They will change places if they suspect you bonding with your collegue next to you, yeah right! Welcome to school. HR policies are shit, no employee benefits , no welness program. 4. Attrition rate is so high

There is leaning scope and no career growth. The company is not for it guys , if you are not good books then the company will be hell for you . The hr has no opinion or say about anything the management has the last say .

Nothing, its a sadistic, pathetic organisation, where the current HRs are puppet of the management, you get no help from them as they are also clueless.

Everything, as lots of politics and favoritism goes on in the organization. You will learn nothing except taking stress. They are really good at HIRE & FIRE.

Zero. Join the company if you have no where else to go . Please check the appointment letter carefully. They dont provide appointment letter hardcopy.

No management policy. They will sack you any moment without notice. HR's are the puppet of owners they don't have any say. Totally bulshit company.
