Site staff is very cooperative,One can easily mix up with them and superiors are too good as they are working since 20 years in Dosti and they guide us very well.

Nothing special.. Salary used to be on time, sharp 1st day of every month before COVID pandemic. Job security was good before COVID pandemic.

Management doesn't address any of employees issues;They are not even concerned with the issues site team are facing. Lots of politics. Slow career growth as there's no any predefined scope, targets, assessment process for employees. For site team- shift end time wasn't fixed.So many times got ended up working for more time than the shift time.

Salary is on time & supportive general manager having precise technical knowledge.As compared to another companies work load is less.

If someone goes new there they get less increment only this is disadvantage otherwise all things are nice in this company.

No work satisfaction. Lots of work pressure. If not complete Pratik Jangam using wors langauge in front of all staff. HR also hopeless. No job security now. Any time they give memo to staff

No personal Growth. Even though you have a potential and a performer. Old employees who are in the system from 20-25 years they have lots of insecurities with the new commers and will never let you come forward. 0 professionalism no manners ethics to talk with the teammates uses filthy language.
