It is good company to start your career and almost same to same what companies in Chennai or Bangalore has. I was started as junior trainee, and I had nice experience to have hands on work experience in multiple apps. Team culture is really good and I've still in touch with them.

Sometimes we need to work after office hours based on the project situations and it can be flexible for the next working day. But when you're with your team it's always fun.
