Paying salary On time. They will help to transfer to another projects, if they have vacancy any ongoing projects.

HR and Management teams are not friendly during working as well as quiting the jobs. Experienced some difficulty and delay to get requested documents for banking and other government needs.

I was associated with Dorsch from 17Nov2017 till Nov 2021. It was quite an experience because it was just one project which is active Dehradun Airport (since 2017- up till now) no other project for Architectural team. Mind you just phase I completed till now. I was assigned as an consultant but did the work of a draftsmen. The seniors lie and treat ill loads of unwanted gossip, which reminds me to mention that there is no work for Juniors only editing. Growth wise , no opportunity. Management is the worst , they held on to my insurance refund (the amount was 1.5lac) even when it was refunded back to them ,no courtesy of even informing about the status. They released it,(almost after 10days, after me constantly enquring with the insurance company) after me sending a mail from the insurance company at night at 8p.m. Also there is no word on settlement amount so as to when will they be releasing the amount, despite of enquiring about the same, by their rule the letter of settlement is mailed to the employee "after one month of their last working day" without any calculations supporting it. In this too deduction have been kept(80%-20%) because it's covid. Very few colleagues are helpful and kind.

...e working here. No proper training. The company got ISO certification this year. The only thing good about it was salary was on time. Till now there are deductions happening because of Covid even after joining office.

No policies, depends, all depends on the owner

During Covid , no work from home was allowed, even while working fulltime on site company deducted 30 percent salary, this was after receiving 100 percent payment from client.

Dislikes

Very nominal Salary package compating to other consulting companies, no career growth and no increments. Company policies and rules are not same for everyone, varies from project to project. No recongnisation of your work.
