Salary is decent but career growth is slow. After completing 3 year there is no incentive scheme for sales person.

Management is not interested in growth of company rather they are busy in their own projects. Front line team is being forced to work with particular partner only. Poor Service for customers. All technical talent drained out which was strength of Dormakaba.

One of the best balance between professional environment and Indian work ethics. Almost 25% of the employees are over 10years in the company. No sign of internal politics.

We have a crisis management team,where any employee can reach out for help during this pandemic. Regional management team always insisted on safety of the employee. Safety SOPs were strictly followed during the entire lockdown and unlock durations. Company supported each employee and their families at great extent and max efforts were made not to cut down employees.
