...k for other job as company no long require your service due to org change so on. - human resource management is worst - frequent change in org structure - appraisal cycle is very very bad - they willing to hire new resources at higher salaries, but never interested to pay well to hard working employees. - if anybody resign they do not bother due to ego, they let them go without realstic counter offer rather they try giving excuses and preaching bla, bla, bla - reporting managers doenot have any power, they are only for name sake & everything else is decided by HRD & top management

... us to Project Management. Focus on your salary breakup and not your CTC alone . For a salary of 6 lakh , they add 1 lakh in Variable pay which you may not receive for weird reasons. Management doesn't respect employees and even basic needs are not always met.

Dislikes

Only 8 -12 percent standard hike is given to employees even getting 15k monthly salary. High politics is played in office. Only people who please management or spy on their colleagues are given promotion and Appraisal.

...cing by employees and give right direction to overcome . Good company policies . They are giving good salary hike and other benefits . Each team has experienced professionals to handle the projects and meet the deadline beyond the dates . Good amenities and nice infrastructure . I would prefer Dopag to professionals who like to develop themselves in this great organization . Work-life is balanced because of right work allocation . HR policies also good . Infrastructure appreciable . Customer satisfaction can be a good thing what i see in customers . Once customer come to Dopag with their dispensing requirement , they will be satisfied with quality products and solutions and great support .

Dislikes

Not any dislike , can provide transportation to male employees too as of now male candidates using transportation themselves , and if they also get an transportation facilities , they can focus on work more efficiently .

...promises to get you in but they fail to keep their words and come with stories No variable pay paid after Covid even after company is doing great in covid time.We traveled to office during covid taking risks and paying high amount of transportation charge then also no support from management. Hike cancelled in 2020. No allowance given to employees during covid for working day and night.

Dislikes

Job security is not there for everyone. They will say to find another job in a month saying we are not satisfied with your work. No career growth. Pls negotiate your salary properly before joining. Once joined you will get 6-7 percent hike. If you are hired for Lead , no benefits and comp off given.
