Specially in economics department, u will not be paid as per your work rather you would receive your payment based on head's mood and judgement. I recieved just half and after that I heard many of contractual teachers did not get full payment as per their lectures.

Dislikes

Lobbying among senior one and huge biase in permanent recruitment.
