The children are given different kinds of opportunities to show and express their talent. Even parents are given opportunity to show their talent. The school is far from the crowded busy city. The children are given good education. Since I had a dream to work in DBS, I'm here. I love to work and give my best to the children and school.

Dislikes

Fees for the children are too high. The teacher's working from the beginning are still getting the same salary. As I was told after one year I will get increment and permanent letter but nothing.

Likes

...e bonded like a family. Great support from colleagues as well as administration. Salary is good . The infrastructure is great and the location is wonderful.

Dislikes

Politics among staff. Sometimes favouritism creates resentment among colleagues.

Likes

The School goes good with those who want to work tension free and happy with low salary. The colleagues are very helpful and supportive. One can learn basic teaching here.

Dislikes

School doesn't use any new technology for teaching and extra curricular activities are very less. Salary incentive is also low but it may be because school is small.

Worst management. I worked for 7months. At least once I didn't get the salary in time. Group politics are there. They told me they will provide food and accommodation. But how many problems a school will have that much problems they faced. Even electric current was not there at least one week without cutting. Til now they did not pay my salary 25000. They gave me a cheque but the account was empty. Cheque bounce case is in the court. I was faced a lot of problems there.

...anagement and colleagues our confidence levels never dropped. I new I can do it. We got our salary on time and that made us more comfortable financially.

Don Bosco is ia place where you turn to be working maybe be out of schedule hours but at the end you feel good that you have learned so much, you have been updated and have your confidence and self esteem high. Here we are faced with lots of challenges. At first we find it difficult but eventually we overcome it.
