...esult even though in some subjects even the university result won't be upto 50%. Otherwise no increment for the next year in your salary or even they might demote you or may also remove you. 5. I had caught a student red-handed while copying and that student was behaving rudely with me in the staff room. Neither the staff nor the management came to my support. So no safety for your life on campus and it is under threat. Instead that student due to a grudge against me, complained against me and action was taken against me in favor of the student. 6. Forget if you want to do any research work for the award of Ph.D. 7. If the attender or peon is on leave which happens to be more often, you will have to do his job also right from opening the department and classrooms, taking the files to the office etc, etc. 8. If you are traveling in a college bus, as usual, some amount from your salary will be deducted. But even after paying for bus fees, if a student is standing in the bus and asks for a seat from you, the faculty has to vacate the seat and the student will be sitting and the faculty will be standing. Guru-shishya relation is opposite in this college. .

They do give 3-4 tickets of rs 600-1000 each and ask students to sell it or if you can't sell it bring money from home, They are looting students by doing this. There are many students who can't afford it then too the principal force alot. They just need money and no proper event the food that is made in event where they charge soo much money from their parents is not worth at all. The princial has made rules 1 min late they fine for every single thing they fine students and make money from it. They are increasing fees every year that is not good by giving reasons ( due to increase in oil and gas ) Not at all recommended.
