Best company to work they are given whole salary between covid 19 I'm very thankful for that's about my point of view if you working here smartly it's an sami government job you can work here a long time

There are some issues which I have to highlight here growth was very slow no proper coaching I was seen 3 yrs of mh career in Domino's due to lack of traing many team member are working here more than 10 yrs on same position no internal transfer of team member hence there efficiency level is very low if company focus on that & resolve i am highly confident Domino's will be one of the best company in India for work

On time salary, bonus is best in dominos,dominos culture and process likes more, customer service also so good

Dislikes depends on higher officials , most things punctuality to be every employee to be followed , career growth to be happened for all employees

I love dominos because of this all SOPs and everything but i love my work but not company 🥲🥲🥲low salary and decrease the incentive policy jubilant academy learning excellent

Uniform need to change, please increase the salary please provide hourly salary for gdm also because we spend time 12 hour's we work hard but low salary and incentive please increase the salary.... Give some training everyone corner the mistake but didn't correct the mistake this reasons so many people leave the job lot of issues man power, maintanance , equipment, IT but never resolved pending problems many.... Look at the restaurant resolve the concern every store am sorry to sharing but this is the Truth and reality 🙏🙏🙏my suggestion please provide our guiding principal 1 our people come first.... The culture of delivering results and constant hustle. This culture is desired my most start up to succeed but it’s hard to build. Kudos to the org Further the level of autonomy that this company gives to its employees is unprecedented. Given the scale of business 2000+ stores this is one key reason why tenure of employees is on higher side

The compensation is on lower side. All high and 30% med potential employees can get atleast 15-20% higher compensation outside
