They are providing only 8 hours salary but we have to work for 9 hours and more but they are providing any extra payment for extra hours i think in this pandemic time we are also coming in serious situation for our income but this is not good I'm not happy with this but i need this job

...as well as great team mates to work with. The employees get on the job training. Career growth goes hand in hand on your performances salary is kind of low compared to the work pressure and a good thing in the company is that they are always open to innovations and always try to make a wow moment with their customers.

...any politics during the work and most of the time during the time of promotions.the second thing i didn't like was the salary they provide for the work they take from the employees

Uniform need to change, please increase the salary please provide hourly salary for gdm also because we spend time 12 hour's we work hard but low salary and incentive please increase the salary.... Give some training everyone corner the mistake but didn't correct the mistake this reasons so many people leave the job lot of issues man power, maintanance , equipment, IT but never resolved pending problems many.... Look at the restaurant resolve the concern every store am sorry to sharing but this is the Truth and reality 🙏🙏🙏my suggestion please provide our guiding principal 1 our people come first.... Given the scale of business 2000+ stores this is one key reason why tenure of employees is on higher side
