Uniform need to change, please increase the salary please provide hourly salary for gdm also because we spend time 12 hour's we work hard but low salary and incentive please increase the salary.... Give some training everyone corner the mistake but didn't correct the mistake this reasons so many people leave the job lot of issues man power, maintanance , equipment, IT but never resolved pending problems many.... Look at the restaurant resolve the concern every store am sorry to sharing but this is the Truth and reality 🙏🙏🙏my suggestion please provide our guiding principal 1 our people come first.... Strongly

They prefer MIT Instead internal Promotion. They are giving more Salary to MIT. Even we are the loyal for Company so that we are here from last more than 7 years. But there is no value of Internal Staff.

It now becomes worst place to working no respect as a person no support work hours more then 9 hour even we have work after reaching home some time even week off been canceled i think it was 5 year last time there was salary increment even after company is making growth in double digit lot things to say

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The staff working are very diligent and work literally according to standards. Salary comes on time. There is a good break given.learning is progressive.

This place has the most worst HR department you try calling them for anything but your call will never be answered like there is no decency to even call back. What does a person who has just joined do in this scenario was just a thought this is what i had faced. There is no life here 11 to 14 hours of work is there there is a gurantee no overtime paid for those. All the staff are overworked more than needed and no extra team member are given to help ease out the work.
