Work life balance is very bad. Lot of work pressure is there. After joining Domino's you are only for Domino's. There is no time for family and friends. Employees can't live their own life

There is no respect of staff/ Team members. And maneger are not working honestly . All menger try to fulfill ther pockets.

...make the excuses and after sometime of discussion meneger return the cash. So bad we are doing a job to get salary but in Domino's we are pay the money from Owen pockets due to menger dishonesty.

...ife balance and your 8 hour shift they will make you work even after your shift. Minimal career growth , giving shift manager the work of store manager and pressuring them a lot with no salary increment

Work culture is degrading day by day. Cutting every cost irrespective of importance of cost has become normal

...tioning with misleading data. Incorrect data presented to show poor performance. Cost cutting is extreme. No internal promotions

They are providing only 8 hours salary but we have to work for 9 hours and more but they are providing any extra payment for extra hours i think in this pandemic time we are also coming in serious situation for our income but this is not good I'm not happy with this but i need this job

Less pay they are providing we are working for 9 hours and they are just paying for 8 hours only but i need job so i don't have another option
