Team mates: Over all the young blood next generation is energetic & hardworking towards there & organizational goal. Few experienced senior have the same enthusiasm. Training : Quite frequently held. Job Security : Decent but could be better Career growth : Sluggish Salary : Average Travel : Can be at times hectic Polictics : Worse erratic transfer policies Innovation : Rigid Work -Life Balance : Hectic The organization is losing talented people & no retention efforts or preventive majors are made to retain them. Employees well being is least of there worries best example being the recent pandemic situation, although there were no pay cuts some basic communication & decision making skills were missing there were no revert to employees written communication or verbal communication regarding there inability to attend there respective branches. They really need to review there polices.

We get versatile development & touch through all areas. A just established small developing branch is a best platform for a candidate who is hunger to learn the best possible from cooperative banking sector. Colleagues and higher officials are always ready and available to support business development of the branch through frequent visits and good personal interaction with branch employees. There is good scope for promotion and wide experience through big branches.

Overall the salaries in cooperative sector are not meeting the nationalised or private sector banking institutions. There are also chances of commonly known workload of cooperative or may be any private bank. So there may be uneven times span on daily basis.
