The only thing which I like about the company is there domain. RFID is still growing in India and I got the chance to learn it.

Dislikes

...aining, no compensation and they deduct PF and IT but never file and process it. And top of it they even don't give salary on regular basis, and need to work more than 12+ hours daily and on weekends too. There is no good working culture and there is too much office politics. The software requirements changes on day to day basis. There is one more worst thing that is you need to reach office before time otherwise there is late mark and it is considered as half day & you get paid for half day only

Company is not experience if FMCG sector that's they don't know how to handle sales persons . So they depend on asm only, he is very rash behaviour on down employees.
