Less politics, WFH policy flexibility

Dislikes

No career growth, Nothing to learn, Bad management, Bad work environment, Many useless policies to cut salary. Some Team leads have zero knowledge. Sales manager teaches technical guys to how to do work while he don't know anything about the work.

Likes

It is okay to work here for small duration and if you are under a good team lead.

Dislikes

There are many things, salary deduction for late coming, Poor team leads and management, Some team leads don't have technical knowledge. No extra curricular activities.No guidance for talented people. Not many team discussion to build team

The company wont think once to fire you if they dont have projects in pipeline. The recruitment is done if the projects are in pipeline and if there are no projects the company doesn’t have guts to sustain the employees even for a month!

Likes

Dolcera has very good clients who works in core telecom domain. Lot of learnings and opportunities to grow in the company. Work life balance is also great.

Dislikes

1. Some managers/ Assistant manager believes in micro- management. That can be avoided as its not required because Dolcera hires are very responsible and accountable towards their work. 2. Most of the times employees have to work on saturday and sunday. However, they are paid for this. But still this can be avoided by hiring some more resources. 3. No recognition for the work done. 4. Leaves are less. Only 20 ( 15 + 5(sick leave))

Likes

I worked at Dolcera for a brief period. During my tenure, I found my teammates very helpful. There was good and healthy working relationship amongst all the team members.
