Pathetic dont even think of joining it. They wont pay salary. They dont have any projects. Boss and HR are husband and wife and they dont now basic etiquette. Work culture does not exist. Salary for fresher is 12k with 2year of bond and for experience person if your package is above 2 lac they will pay you what they want, you wont get full salary every month. There is no lab assistant so all the washing of glassware are expected to be done by the analyst. No paid leaves what so ever. Better to sit jobless than to join this dipshit.

... ever. Not professional at all. The HR and Boss don't know how to run a company. They just want you to do the job of higher level in freshers salary. They even hold salaries for months. And randomly cut down salary without giving prior notification.
