No incentives for Sales Executives, working hard for company and giving growth for company month by month but zero incentives company will pay you.
ASM & RSM behaviour is very bad to sales executives, might be your personal life will be effected.
There is no rest on sundays, your phone will be continue ringing on sunday early morning to evening, if your are in sales.

Bad ward using for employee by Plant manager and 100% EGO Plant manager ,they don't have officeal knowledge ,manager not suport to good work employee,3 person work have to do one person .total who are left Dodla they went by Plant manager tarcher only,work nature also very bad in TUMKUR.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which u cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joineees
