Work culture is worst. Lot of discrimination. Pay packages offered are the lower most possible in Singapore. Budget is spent on showing off the office - buying TVs, flashy items like wine and booze bottles and expensive furniture but no value for human knowledge, experience and hard work etc. HR team is totally crap and they fool by painting a picture with some bits and pieces that may have been good by fluke. Overall company is a fluke and not worth creating a career with. CEO secure 100+ Mostly by sweet and deceptive talks and I am not sure how investors got fooled or they just wanted their black money to become white through this company. This company does not pay the people who resign their dues. Personally, I have seen more than 5 examples and in my case they still did not pay me SGD 28,800/- ESOPs that are vested. They are asking me to pay them about 4.5K SGD first then they will process my ESOPS into shares and by when and how is not clearly communicated ever since I started to followup over 3 months now.

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
