Culture is worst and filled with politics. They don't want to work and improvise in their product as just want to form new teams within the department so that there job is safe in front of management. Such worst culture that they will start politics within the team of four members.

You can benefit if you don't have good knowledge but have *ss linking b3haviour. As a bonus your salary will increase.

Dislikes

No career growth. Salary increment and bonuses are only reserved for people who can live each other's *ss. Classic example of why healthcare should be under supervision of doctors(who have experience in clinicals).

The company culture is really great you can balance your professional and personal life.

Only complain is about the leaves this totally dependent upon which department you are in. In my department we really have to give justification why do we need leave and even we have to provide it with documents, if required.

Terrible management with Ego problem, they usually don't prefer smart person in organisation. They always want a who listens always and never speak in front of manager.

Work environment, politics and shoe licking is mandatory if u join the organisation.

Overall just satisfied with my tenure as a senior developer here, but did not get any appreciation from anyone for all the hard work.

No good workflow standards, poor communication between peers, unhealthy conversations, getting targeted for unknown reasons, ineffective management, poor planning.
