1. Politics within the team is very high by the team captains and manager 2. Stand alone achievements are not appreciated if it is not guided by any captain 3. Manager does not listen to the employee and only take opinion from the captains 4.Team captain just pass on the work to employee and take credit 5. No resolution provided to the queries of employee by the manager 6.Team captains work from home anytime they want but if employee ask from WFH or leave a bit early then the captain ask to apply for half day 7. Neither manager nor the captain takes responsibility but will blame the employee for any mess up 8. Continuous pressure is made on employee to follow captains or else there will be consequence 9. Personal targets are made and according taunts and replies are given

Policies should be same for all .A little bit of favouritism is observed. Though the Company Head/HR is not aware of it . The captains and Tech lead do such things .But it is negligible.

The company culture is amazing. It provides the perfect work life balance that an employee would require. The timings are flexible and 5 days a week working days make it even better. The company always tries to something for keeping the employees happy with things like regular activities and events, amazing picnics, gifts on occasions ,etc. Also teams are quite supportive and always tries to help each other and celebrates the skill advancements together.
