Manufactures and deals with high quality products. Procures and controls unique combination of Spice and Food category which is very uncommon at current scenario/ industry. Effectively deals with 100+ brands and 200+ skus. Most of the product packaging are very catchy as well as innovative.

Dislikes

Need to allocate the job-load in a proper/balanced manner among all the divisions, eg. HR, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Finance etc.

There is a lot to learn in this company. The Management is very educated and understand the market wvery well. Work Life balance is good. Sky is the limit in this company if you perform well. A very fast growing FMCG Company
