Salary hikes at junior level and such are good. Work culture is really up to the mark. They have many projects in hand.

Terrible work life balance. No proper communication from HR side. (I don't even know a single person from HR to contact regarding any doubt) Poor communication from coordinators.

Their salary deductions are insane which never matches with your CTC. DNEG has policy of not to help anyone who is sick during probation period. During probation period, even if you have Covid you will get LOP's for sick days. I found that as inhuman. Every two weeks they have rotational shift which puts lot of stress on all artists.

You may not like anything when your work life balance is ruined . There is no growth opportunity. No increments . Mostly 7 days working with only food coupon

No increments No job growth No job security No work life balance No professionalism in senior employees Very bad working environment and work culture If you join here your life is destroyed and you will just become a couch potato nothing else.

Dneg is not have any ethical standards towards the employees wellness and work environment culture....in the lock down period that one think is clear is more than 80%of employees not happy with company rules and dominant behavior for there employees and much more to tell like salary deduction rule...and not returned that detection amount and bad boss behavior and etc..
