The company suffers from lack of leadership, with so called head, shows reckless decisions, chaos, mess. They haven't customer retention, or proper project just expermenting in finance deparmetn. This creates an unstable work environment, where employees careers at risk due to poor planning and mismanagement. Instead of prioritizing sustainable growth, leadership seems more focused on appearances rather than long term success. The company needs to improve strategic hiring, invest in leadership development, ensure that employees have stable and growth oriented career path.

It was all good when I started working there but gradually they'll force you to do work overtime and extra days without any pay and will change your shift timings as well without any proper intimation.

Continuous changes in shift Extra working days and hours without overpay No leaves in any public holiday or any festivals

A good company to work at.People are nice there.

Not much but since there is room for improvement everywhere so I would like to say team structure can be strengthened and hierarchy can be improved by introducing new positions

Everything. No culture, commitment, corroborated HR who is always interested and involved in politics, highly non-supportive, inefficient, insensitive, unethical management that is simply just good for nothing
