The work life balance is very bad. Salary is being sanctioned after 2 months, culture is very toxic and GM like Jitender Verma and Ravi Panwar doesn't know how to behave with their employees. Seniors doesn't motive their employees rather than that they underestimate them and make fun of them. And the biggest culprit is the honorable HR Sri Sri "Smita Mohapatra".

In each and every aspect , all the vertical heads are very descent & cooperative here . Management looks like a family members and very caring. If you wish to see Work life balance culture then DN group is the best example.

There is nothing to be liked here they treat you like a labour & a huge pressure is always there you have to travel long everyday also very less holidays & you week off in only one day which can also get cancelled anyday because there product is not selling fastly so this type of problem comes.

Everything. Management has huge black money and do high politics to covert it into white money. All projects are are loss making machines. As manager we know that we are selling worst flats at higher price

Some of the employees are here only because they know how to make thier boss happy.some employee like Mr "A and "U" only focus on doing this with 0 performance."but some really perform.but 0% job security.No means absolutely No he policy.Enter the Dn at your own risk.Salry credited every 20-25 of next month means always 45 days dealy. Lots of unethical practices going on in higher management.Security of job is 0.The people from Blue house,the sales partner do all type of wrong unethical sales and put direct sales under broker and get commissions.
