Flexible time and students relationship with teacher

Dislikes

The management and head of the teacher don't maintain good relation with teachers and they don't understand the problem of the teaching staff. After every four or five years they change the admin and principal and sometimes they act carelessly they replace old teachers with new without informing the old teacher because they don't know if they have the teacher they need for they don't maintain good relationship and communication with teachers.
