Salary is good. But highly unstable performance of the company, inefficient top-level managers. No job security , any day could be your last day as if we talk any logic against managers logic. Discrimination is high when it comes to salary and job title. Asians get lower job title and lower salary where compared to Arabs or European managers get highest paid with 0 knowledge or experience.
