Working hours & schedules are so fluctuated & unpredictable, lack of leaves, very low salary accordingly work load & allotment, no as such facilities is available

Long working hours for officers and above people. Hectic job, and repetitive work, no chance to improve other skills like team lead sales etc. Internal politics hampers the work, different level of managers think different and the most important Blame game is played amongst officers and managers.

The process of this company is very strong and the customer service here is very good.Always bring new products to the customers and provide them at very low prices, that's why customers are very happy to come here.The most important thing is that the customer has a lot of trust in this company.

I don't like the culture of this company and the environment inside here and Pay very less salary to the employees.You can't do anything new here. The process that is here is just to be followed.
