For me ,I had overall good experience from everybody.I am Really greatful that I had wonderful opportunity to work there.

One thing really I should mention the salary which they are paying to nursing staffs are not based on latest government rules and regulations.Nurses they are working hard and backbone of the hospital.I strongly recommend them to give good salary as government and UNA says .

I love the fact that I am a part of DM WIMS. another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds,and we are happily in collaboration. I also like that the hospital and job security.I can balance both job and passion to my life.I have learn more about my carrier and i focus my own dut.we work the merge with the nature.I have also balance my work and life.

Compensation is decent,i do not receive appreciation emails from my client,but the mostly go unnoticed during my mild-year appraisals.

Good infrastructure. Pay is good and opportunities to grow.

Dislikes

Many people in the clinical and para clinical departments are hired for MCI purpose only. Hence sometimes all the burden falls on few people who are working.

Providing an environment for skill delevelopment and advanced learning .

Dislikes

Working time become so long in most days.sometimes it leads to work under stress and become unable to maintain a proper work life balance
