D'LIFE Home Interiors is a growing company with huge potential and it always take cares of it's employees. If you can able to perform well then the pay will be great. No pressure from management, we will work to get more incentives. Job security is great here, they don't normally fire anyone unless they wish to leave.

Dislikes

...ce it require extra hours somedays to do the meeting or finish the deadline etc. Basic salary is low comparing to other firms but incentive will cover it. Uniform is there. Appreciation for achievements is not that good.

I feel very good working in d life company and it is much better than other companies, the rules of this company are also praiseworthy, the company never forces us to work, it is absolutely free, our team works and finds a solution to any problem together throughout the time, our TL is also very supportive and all the employees of the company like the production manager and the branch manager, all of them work in a very friendly manner, Thankyou Dlife

I have nothing to say in dislike because I do not have any reason to dislike anyone, neither in the company nor in any work nor in any employee

The management and the the Head(GM)is supportive who knows about the work,wat am I doing and about the process.

Dislikes

The team is not good and the teammates are worst and amature as professional, especially the creative team is combined with production team is not a good idea the people who doesn't know anything about production is runing the mindset.

So much of partiality.Giving importance to their people only.Hierarchy thing is very unprofessional .There is no work life balance.No holidays at all.Just running behind the sales higher authorities are pressurising.
