Worst company I have ever worked. No professional management. No response from the HR management. The branch manager of vizag branch very worst. If anythings doesnot goes according to him he simply keeps unpaid to the whole month employees attendance which will lead to loss of pay. If we complaint to HR level then also they won't take any action. The BM even asks money from the customers for settling death claims. He does not know how to talk with the employees. He does not have any BM qualities and qualifications.

In my vertical it isn't a right place to work with. This is the fake institutional business channel, more over you had to source your own business and also don't rely on the support of the corporate agent(Broking Partner). Please think twice before joining in the IB Vertical.

Compensation is decent but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high . I have to work 13 - 14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend customer call in the evening and some time late night received con call

Dont be fooled by the first impression or salary or the office, tea coffe making machine All are just to hide their real dark faces behind. YOU WILL WORK ROUND THE CLOCK, NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. This is a cousin of Byjus in short. They will ruin your RESUME, YOUR IDENTITY, CONFIDENCE IN LIFE, YOUR PHYSICAL - MENTAL HEALTH. DON'T JOIN THIS SCAM.

Good working environment and culture. Teammates are supportive.company policies are good but appraisal is unfair and they are given less salary hike then i deserve.

I would like to tell the company to give salary to all the employees according to their designation as their goalsheet is made according to their designation. Being a SPM my goalsheet to high but am getting less salary campared with my junior colleague.
