Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

The company is open to innovation and adopts latest technology. My team mates are very cooperative they are very helpful persons. Another plus point is that my collegues comes fromvarious cultural background and we are very happily in collabaration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but the work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a days as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into tthe night.

Dislikes

Compensation is quite impressive, but growth is slow. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths. I did receive appreciation emails from my clients, but they mostly go unnoticed during my yearly appraisals even goes to that person which is in favorite list of managers and those are good for nothing as well.

-Getting paid on time. -Yearly official trips.

Dislikes

...illager are there. -No concern towards employee. -No Leaving time from office. -On-site client presentation which is out of your salary. -70/- rupees for launch fixed. -Manager is indeed worst because he takes appointment from EPFO commissioner the next to impossible thing. -Boss of company is out of the picture doesn't care. -over time but no pay for it.
