Non IT management. Argument more even though your are a silent person and hard working Deadline is like today itself. Project deadline within a month even though there are design changes functionally changes they not agree with you just simply scolds every one. They are look like friendly.After work done they throw you out. This review with exp i have given. No job security No proper water ,health issues lop leaves Don’t know who works for office spending there extra time. No documentation for App you work just excel points which are written half k.

Likes

Employees are given chance or encouraged to work on what they are interested if there is an opportunity. The management team see they communicate all the updates to the team and see there is a excellent growth opportunity for the employees. The organization is growing and I see a lot of opportunities for me and many. Management encourages social & cultural celebrations and I love them a lot. Another good thing is if you work good, your efforts are recognized and are appraised accordingly.
